Refactor Node.js service for deployability by adding health checks, environment variable support, Docker files, and updated documentation.
The original project was not suitable for direct deployment due to startup failures without an API key, lack of health checks, and inconsistent documentation. This PR addresses these issues to enable easy deployment on container platforms like Railway.
