Created a generic data pipeline for anomaly detection models to be trained and run without having to run all the docker containers and grafana everytime, making prototyping easier.
Also improved and fixed the data model interfaces for both constellation and single satellite models in order to make them more consistent and extensible, for both operational uses and development uses.
Added a testing framework with github actions to enforce data model standards for anomaly detection algorithms automatically. Also added a default data loader util for anomaly detection models to use.
