As mentioned in the paper, this project will make the dataset publicly available for reference, and we will update it when we have finished as we currently need to collate documentation on the dataset construction methods and dataset descriptions.

Our dataset includes three files:compound_similarity, compound_target_adjacent and target_similarity. Now we have upload the compound_similarity, compound_target_adjacent, but target_similarity is too large to upload， We have split it into three parts and uploaded them separately, please stitch the three target files together when you use them.
