so that secondary test wiil run only 1 prepare_run
(previously done by running ../input_ad/prepare_run)
since there only 1 dir in this list
either to new dir "unsued" or to "../input_ad" if only for adjoint-run.
- in input/, no needs from prepare_run to link files from "../input" - in input_ad/, only links (from ../input/) parameter files that are needed
