install

$ yarn

development

$ cd ./ui
$ yarn start  # start dev-server to build pages
$ cd ..
$ yarn start # run client

build

$ cd ./ui
$ yarn run build
$ cd ..
$ yarn run build
$ yarn run pack

setup.exe will generate to dist/.
