Add a new host definition for camtr-ovh-01-remnawave and register it in flake.nix. Include hardware-configuration and default system configuration for the new host. The hardware file sets kernel modules, initrd modules, root filesystem UUID and networking defaults (DHCP). The default.nix imports common feature modules (core, openssh, docker, tailscale, user) and enables them, configures timezone, bootloader, kernel params, firewall and system stateVersion. This enables provisioning and management of the new OVH virtual machine.
