* Bumped versions of several dependencies for improved stability and features. * Updated `reqwest`, `quick-xml`, `zip`, `zip-extensions`, `prost`, and `json5` in `Cargo.toml`. * Updated `@base-ui-components/react` and other packages in `package.json`.
* Changed `reqwest` version from `0.13` to `0.12` to align with compatibility requirements. * Updated features to include `rustls-tls` and `http2` for enhanced functionality.
