M.Sc. thesis internship

TiNDER (Thesis internship: Native-like Docking poses Evaluation & Ranking) is a protocol for scoring native-like docking poses through statistical potentials, graph theory and linear algebra, developed during my MSc thesis internship in Computational Biophysics at the Center for Life Nano- & Neuro-Science of the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT), under the supervision of Edoardo Milanetti.
