MCC Texture Pack Dumper

Rewritten with a UI.
Browse all textures without needing to save anything.
Save single textures or save them all like the original cmd version.
No longer uses third party libraries for conversion.
Truncated names like spops loading screens will now output with the name hash appended instead of overwriting the same 5 textures. (Only during save all).
A8R8G8B8 format textures will now display the proper channel order.
Includes a filter to search for specific names within the UI.
Supports all textures packs included in MCC, though non-texture chunks are skipped.
