I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR fixes the failing GitHub Actions run by addressing the issue in the
GitHubAppFailureAlertcomponent. The component was not correctly handling the error prop, resulting in the error message not being displayed in the alert. This PR updates the component to handle the error prop correctly and ensures that the error message is displayed in the alert.Summary of Changes
