Also, the following processing script: URL: http://bloomingdale.sat.iit.edu/kriedan/lab3formscript.php was used. It is a POST method, the following fields for processing script: first_name_field, last_name_field, phone_field, email_field, comments_field, gender_field, available_field[], age_field, and hidden_field.
