Overview

This PR restructures the research section to better reflect Dr. Liu's lab's actual work in computational systems biology and rare disease diagnosis.

Changes

Three New Research Areas:

  1. AI & Computational Methods - Focus on developing AI/ML methods to solve complex genomics problems
  2. Rigorous Validation & Data Science - Ensuring AI findings are robust and reproducible, highlighting NIH ADSI and Silicon Valley Community Foundation grant support
  3. Translational Bridge - Bridging the gap between AI/ML innovations and practical research/clinical applications

Content Updates:

  • Removed placeholder CV and NLP content (not relevant to the lab)
  • Added comprehensive content covering:
    • AI-MARRVEL for rare disease diagnosis
    • Autism research (supported by NIH ADSI and SVCF grants)
    • Computational genomics and systems biology

- AI & Computational Methods: Focus on AI/ML solving genomics problems
- Rigorous Validation & Data Science: Emphasize robust findings with ADSI and SVCF grant mentions
- Translational Bridge: Filling the gap between AI/ML and research/clinical applications

Removed placeholder CV and NLP content, replaced with actual lab research focus on computational systems biology, rare disease diagnosis, and autism research.
