Unified the filter implementation patterns across
scanAndConnectandretrieveConnectedPeripheralsto ensure consistent semantics and eliminate unsafe code practices.Both methods now use functional filtering patterns with consistent "true = include" semantics, improving type safety and code readability throughout.
