Patches which should iron out all the initial releases bugs

• localStorage no longer conflicts with isso
• Build system functions better
• Error logging boilerplate removed
• Simplify recursive access to comment structures
• Debug should not be visible on release now
• functioning minifiers

Completes milestone 1 with most front facing features available.
