1.2.1

This version tries to fix issues on Minecraft versions 1.20.6+ properly, but it is not properly tested. If all tests go well, I will attempt a pull request.

Changes:

• Cooldown HashMap changed to ConcurrentHashMap to ensure thread safety
• Added a regex for version checking instead of hard coding it (so far tested only on 1.20.4 and 1.21.1)

1.21 FIX

This is a temporary fix of RotatingHeads2 for versions 1.20.6+

At this moment, support for versions older than 1.18 is broken, I might fix it in the next release, but there is no need to since for older versions, you can just stay on the official version.

There is now a hard coded cool down of 0.5 seconds for head actions (clicking on heads), because spam clicking caused lag on the new versions.
