This repository contains the source code for the Customised Single Test functionality, developed in the context of the EU Project FACILEX (available at https://facilex-tool.eu/).
The Advisory Module is an interactive expert tool that supports legal professionals in identifying and applying relevant rules of EU and national legislations concerning procedural rights of persons suspected or accused of crimes and the application of the EU mutual recognition instruments regarding surrender procedures, evidence gathering, freezing and confiscation of assets.
Customised Single Test: assists users in resolving practical cases related to the application of the EU procedural directives and mutual recognition instruments. It allows legal practitioners to define a cross-border case by answering stepwise a series of questions and receive a customised legal assessment on the available legal remedies and potential cooperation flaws in the specific legal system.
