For the opencv rule, in my opinion it would be best to keep the current opencv rule for versions 2.4.x, and create a new rule, for example opencv3 for the 3.x versions.This will keep the existing tasks compatible with the older version of opencv. |

Version 3.4.1 is now available as opencv/v3_4_1, while opencv still is the old 2.4, as recommended by @pmfg |
