Import using Android Studio

Import Github Project

In the Welcome screen choose: Check out project from version control and choose Github
When asked: You have checked out an Android Studio project file: /path/asa/settings.gradle would you like to open it? click yes then click ok project will open.
click the run button or do an assembleDebug gradle task
It may take a while to execute gradle task :app:assembleDebug for the first Time.
After first run, Android Studio may(or may not) ask you to reload project, if so reload project and run again.

If Problems persist

If any problems persist after reloading, rebuild under Build>RebuildProject and invalidate caches under File>Invalidate Caches / Restart>Invalidate and Restart


Import Google Play Services - Deprecated with gradle (v0.2.2)

Go to File->Project Structure on Project language level choose 7.0;
Still on Project Structure go to Modules click the green plus sign on top, choose Import Module, navigate to the Google Play services lib in: YourAndroidSDKlocation/sdk/extras/google/google_play_services/libproject/google-play-services_lib/
When asked: Would you like to create an Android Studio project for the sources... say yes and keep pressing next/ok/overwrite/finish make sure the paths are all correct
Still on Project Structure go to Modules->Dependencies click ond the green plus sign on the right side and choose Module Dependency then Library choose google-play-services in both.
Press apply and ok and restart Android studio
