This repo is for the study to link agricultural benefits with ecological impacts to optimize spatial allocation of future cropland that can balance various priorities.

Structure

• data: hosts all raw data used for this analysis.
• docs: has relevant documentations for the analysis, e.g. the markdown to generate all figures.
• figures: has all figures used in the manuscript.
• results: hosts all analyzed results for this study.
• scripts: hosts all scripts used for the analysis. Refer to README for more details.
• Schedulers: hosts HPC-related schedulers working with scripts. Check README for details.
