My name is Dmitry Kutyrev. I have extensive experience in business process automation across various industries — including energy, logistics, and finance — working both on the vendor and client sides.
I’ve worked in international, distributed teams, and have led development groups of up to 15 engineers, including external contractors. I’ve been responsible for setting up development and delivery processes using a range of methodologies (Scrum, ITIL, Waterfall).
The majority of my experience lies in hands-on leadership roles — acting as a team lead and technical architect involved directly in product development.
As a developer, I’ve worked with 1C, Salesforce, and Android (Kotlin) tech stacks.
