Added lighting and material to be removed upon finalization. Planet rotates at 1 degree per second. Damage not finalized.
Essential changes made to initGL(), render(), and double buffering implemented.
This can be run using my version of main. Integration with master and collision handling still needs to be completed. Partial implementation of collisions is in my main for testing if necessary.

Npc class is done. Generates asteroids that move at constant velocity to a point (default=origin). Collision detection successful. Collision handling in progress.
