ProFinance is a simple yet powerful Android application designed to help users efficiently manage their personal finances. With a user-friendly interface and essential budgeting tools, ProFinance allows individuals to record their income and expenses, monitor their monthly budgets, and gain insights into their financial habits through detailed summaries and visual charts.
- Add Transactions: Easily add new transactions, including both income and expenses, by entering the title, category, amount, date, type, and currency.
- Transaction History: View all previously added transactions in a categorized list. Users can edit, delete, or view detailed information about each transaction.
- Export Transactions: Export all recorded transactions to a text file for backup or reporting purposes, which is saved in the device's Downloads folder.
- Pie Chart Visualization: Visualize all income and expense data using colorful pie charts powered by MPAndroidChart, making it easier to analyze financial distribution.
- Category Based Summaries: For each category, the app displays the total amount, number of transactions, monthly budget (if available), and a status indicating whether the spending is under or over the set budget limit.
- Set Budget Limits: Users can define a maximum spending limit for each transaction category, specifically for the current month of the current year.
- Smart Category Selection: The category dropdown is dynamically populated based on available transaction categories. If a budget is already set for a selected category, the amount field is automatically prefilled, allowing users to easily view or update it.
- Manage Budgets: View a list of all set budget limits and delete them if needed.
