Description
The homepage UI had alignment and layout issues. The header was missing, cards were oversized with uneven spacing, and sections were not properly aligned. Additionally, the footer lacked structure, and the page was not responsive across devices.

Level Justification
Since this PR includes multiple UI improvements + responsiveness work (not just a small layout fix), this issue deserves Level 3 instead of Level 2.
