Remove unneeded S

The main thing this does is change "One published reviews." when a user has only one published review to "One published review."

It also removes files that end in ~ which are Emacs backup files.

I'm afraid I can't test locally since composer install fails:

   - Only one of these can be installed: symfony/security-bundle[2.0.7, ..., v2.8.52, v3.0.0, ..., v3.4.48, v4.0.0, ..., v4.4.50, v5.0.0, ..., v5.4.45, v6.0.0, ..., v6.4.25, v7.0.0, ..., v7.3.3], symfony/symfony[v3.0.0, ..., v3.4.49]. symfony/symfony replaces symfony/security-bundle and thus cannot coexist with it.

(Funny how "Oh I'll just make this one little change" can spiral into much more. ;-)
