Remove unused bfield map payload

A simple cleanup to remove unused payload, plus fix some sloppy test code.

This field strikes me as something that would prove useful in debugging (as in, a debugger session). But as a fully private member with no interface, I don't see any functional consequence to its removal and defer to you on the likelihood of a debugger touching this class.

Thanks for the review. I think BFieldMap is too abstract an object to be useful in debugging, but if it is needed, it can always be accessed from calling scope (it's a global)
