Added support for multiple date formats

The extension should now display charts properly when using other (ISO standardized and unambiguous) date formats.

Initital chrome web store publish

The first version of this chrome extension released to the chrome web store.

Takes a json endpoint and converts the data to a chart.
Supports dates in format "YYYY-MM-DD", and a variety of json structures.

To support files, check the box in your chrome extension settings.
