Moves demo GIFs, social preview PNG, and VHS tape into assets/ to declutter the repo root. Updates image paths in README.md, tape references in CONTRIBUTING.md, and removes phantom tape entries (demo-logo.tape, demo-power.tape) that were documented but never committed. This pull request updates demo assets to be organized within the
assets/directory, and revises documentation and references throughout the project to reflect this change. The most important changes include updating demo GIF and tape file paths in both documentation and code, clarifying demo recording instructions, and renaming the interactive demo tape file.Demo asset organization and references:

CONTRIBUTING.mdinstructions to clarify that only the interactive demo uses a VHS tape file, while other demo GIFs are recorded manually, and updated the table and re-recording instructions to reference the new asset paths.
