Fix construction of NoLogAbsDetJacobian

[oschulz]

with_logabsdet_jacobian(String, 4.9) returned NoLogAbsDetJacobian{DataType, Float64}(), but should return NoLogAbsDetJacobian{Type{String}, Float64}().

Also improves getjacobian utility in package test code.
