Refreshes existing Juice docs with verified Linux installer, Docker agent build, and troubleshooting updates based on recent merged changes in Juice-Labs/juice-oss (installer/install-juice.sh and docker/agent/*). Adds concrete installer constraints, dependency checks, custom controller usage, and service log locations.
