P1 Badge Fall back when DIRECT_URL is unset

If DIRECT_URL is not defined (common in dev/CI that only sets DATABASE_URL), this Prisma config now passes undefined as the datasource URL, which causes Prisma CLI commands (e.g., migrate) to error out with “datasource url is required.” The previous version worked with only DATABASE_URL. Consider falling back to DATABASE_URL (e.g., process.env.DIRECT_URL ?? process.env.DATABASE_URL) to avoid breaking environments that don’t provide a direct URL.
