User A just meet User B. User B would like to share some specifications for user A to follow, but both users have not yet established connection with each other. User B shares the file at their location,
As a GUEST USER:
User A can open Geobox, and retrieves the file, displayed on map, shared at this location, uploaded by User B.
As a Logged-in USER:
User B can open Geobox, and share their file to this location.
