Update optimize and analysis

Opt fix return, print params+names, add margin; yield ‘variance’ -> ‘sd’

Mostly updates to documentation and output format. Run an optimization to see most of the changes.

Longer description of changes in v1.1.7 (not sure I should have incremented the version):

• Reliably returns optimized point
• optimized parameters print with names and values
• optimized circuit gets margin analysis
• margin uncertainties and header row added
• yield ‘variance’ changed to ‘sd’ as the function used expects the standard deviation as input, not the variance
