👋 Hi there! I'm João Guimarães

I'm a Fullstack Software Engineer passionate about building scalable, performant, and user-focused applications. I’ve been working in tech since 2018, contributing to solutions that make a real difference for users and businesses.

🚀 A bit about my journey:

I started my career exploring a variety of technologies, from Java and C# to JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks. Over time, I specialized in frontend (Angular, React, Vue) and backend development (Java with Spring Boot, Node.js, NestJS).

I've worked in companies like:

  • Bext: delivering real estate credit simulation tools with Vue.js and TypeScript.
  • Emitte: building fiscal and dashboard systems with Next.js and React, integrating complex APIs.
  • Kingspan Isoeste: developing fullstack systems across finance, engineering, and sales using Angular, React, and Java, including the creation of a full design system.
