Added features:
clone instead of creating a new service (when the service exists).
Reason: Fastly Image Optimisation can't be enabled throw their API. The way to have IO activated is to ask Fastly to do it.
To keep the IO enabled we have to clone the version of the service (therefore keeping the IO setting). Creating a version from scratch will disable the IO since its the default behaviour of Fastly.
The module is changed in a way that will clone the active version, delete all the settings and create everything again (we chose to do it this way because we want to make sure the version uploaded is done with the settings defined on ansible).
