- Modified students.yml, student_courses.yml, and student.yml files
- Updated API specifications for GET, PUT, POST and DELETE methods
- Added more detailed response schemas and examples

- Request body wasnt picked up by the docs API. - This is fixed by moving the parameters to respective API docs.
