Add ATXP — agent wallet, email, phone, and 100+ paid tools in one command

What's being added

ATXP — agent identity and payment infrastructure.

Added under Platforms/API.

Why it belongs here

The list has great coverage of agent frameworks and task-solver platforms, but no entry for agent identity/payment infrastructure — the layer that lets agents actually spend money and have their own communication channels.

ATXP solves the "agent funding cold start": one CLI command registers an agent and gives it a wallet, email, and access to paid tools.

Agents can then call 100+ paid tools (web search via MCP, image/video generation, LLM gateway, SMS, voice) without managing individual API keys.

Decision: Not ready to merge yet.

Reason:

1. The project may fit Platforms/API, but the current entry is still framed with promotional details like free credit, no KYC, and onboarding claims.
2. We need a more neutral one-line description centered on the infrastructure itself.

Next step: Please rewrite the line in neutral technical terms and remove pricing / promotional copy, then we can re-review.
