Add DexPaprika MCP to Tools

Adds DexPaprika MCP server to the Tools section — an open-source MCP server for querying decentralized exchange data across 34 blockchains (pool details, token metadata, OHLCV, trade history, SSE streaming).

Fits alongside existing MCP tools (BGPT MCP, Agent OS, WritBase) as a data source for finance/crypto AI agents.

Updated per review feedback: rewrote description to focus on the OSS MCP server and its technical capabilities; removed promotional/setup language.

Decision: Not ready to merge yet.

Reason:

1. The project may fit, but the current line still leans on zero-setup / no-API-key / hosted-server marketing rather than a tighter OSS-focused description.
2. Under the updated curation standard, we want the entry to describe the open-source MCP server itself, not the hosted convenience path.
3. The scale claims can stay only if they are kept secondary to the technical description.

Next step: Please rewrite the line to focus on the local OSS MCP server and remove the promotional setup/pricing language, then we can re-review.
