  • Update CHANGELOG.md with comprehensive 0.2.0 release notes
    • Document breaking changes in CLI and Python API
    • Add migration guide for users upgrading from 0.1.x
    • Fix incorrect claims about syslog-ng removal
  • Update docs/reference/library.md with new API signature
    • Use command_line instead of command parameter
    • Add required output_file parameter
  • Regenerate golden test file for pipeline changes
    • Fix test_pipeline_golden_output_v2_0_74 failure
    • Golden file now matches current pipeline output with CRLF handling
