The program is not compiled by default, and I see only a Makefile using the deprecated BMS system.
In my case, the compilation fails with

getwebfile.c:5:10: fatal error: curl/curl.h: No such file or directory
    5 | #include <curl/curl.h>
      |          ^~~~~~~~~~~~~

@rjones30 Do you want to include this into the scons build system? BMS will disappear at some point.

No i am the only active user at this point. I propose leaving it in the halldsim repo only to document the path forward if we decide to upgrade it to g4. I don't want to add ongoing maintenance of scons build scripts to my work list or yours. It builds for me as is. Richard

Ok, that's fair
