I noticed the prefetch filelist in Death Stranding was missing tons of files (mainly streamed audio).
So uploaded my current list of names (almost complete) and added a CLI option to -extract from a .txt list. Also list (-l) option now writes all possible ids/hashes, to compare missing totals.
Also fixed and added some stuff here and there (like better handling of extensions and fixed extracting from .mpk).
Would be useful to read files from this list in GUI, and print missing hashes (rather than just the prefetch names), but was a bit too much to change.
Note my C++ is rusty and some things could be improved I guess.
