Add new location
Issue: #71
Summary
Added a function that retrieves location coordinates from StedsnavnAPI. Added the possibility to search with municipality, but not implemented in get_fire_risk function. This is because the StedsnavnAPI does not refer to places but also things like, "Holme i sjø", "Bru", "Søkk". This could be added to further work when there is time left.
