With this patch, the server can: - Respond to `initalize` request with its capabilites and a Hello notification - Respond to `textDocument/didOpen` notification - Respond to `llvm/getCfg` request with a path to CFG containing SVG file - Respond to `llvm/cfgNode` request with Dummy NodeID in SVG file - Respond to `llvm/bbLocation` request with Dummy Location values in IR file Tests to be added for these features
We had to use the Wrapper DOTFuncInfo around llvm::Function to correctly generate the Graphs. Still don't know how to get the BlockFrequencyInfo and BlockProbabilityInfo to give colors to the Graph Nodes, but that's non-critical.
it's broken for now, not sure why but it encodes the uri with backslashes

Problem was sending the array wrapped in an object
This always opens the cfg for the currently active code editor for now. Completely ignores the code location and doesn't pass any args to the llvm.cfg command
llvm dumps messages that are read by the client but shouldn't be, for example "writing to the newly created file /remote-home/jjecmen/irviz-2.0/test/Artifacts-foo/main.dot"
we need to fix this in the parser already!
The broken thing was that the svg ids generated started with a digit, and then the selectors didn't work properly. Also removed the navigate to cfg message since that one is basically the same as opening a cfg, just with centering on a node other than the entry one.
