             What does this project do?
  1. Creates a radio controlled raspberryPi in a small aluminum chassis.
  2. Uses a H-Bridge Motor controller for movement.
  3. Communicates over UDP socket connections.
  4. Has a live camera feed.
  5. Eventual Controller support.
