Remove implicit requirements T: Clone + Copy + Default. Fix test that required both `rkyv` and `bytecheck` features, placing the `bytecheck` portion of the test behind a feature flag.

rkyv (archive) is a zero-copy deserialization framework for Rust.
This will enable use of
IpLookupTabledata structure in zero-copy fashion, e.g. using memory-mapped file with mmap-sync crate.
