The release updates the WebApi.Hal library to the .net 8 framework. It also resolves some security findings with package updates.
The code is mostly unchanged with no known compatibility changes other than the framework version. The JsonMediaTypeInputFormatter has a new option to pass a MvcNewtonsoftJsonOptions object to the underlying input formatter.
