- Designed, developed, and populated this README.txt file
- Created two folders: one named "Personal Website" with another name "personal_website_starter"
- Installed Ruby+Devkit 3.4.7, Verified Install for Ruby 3.4.7 and for Gem 3.6.9.
- Created a new repo named "personal_website_starter"
- Committed the "personal_website_starter" files to the new GitHub repo
- Updated the index.md file with contact information
