FS19 Courseplay first multiplayer

I have successfully enabled courseplay to be loaded on a dedicated server and clients can access server and courseplay.

Not everything is tested but the path is open for courseplay to be added to MP on a final release.

Courseplay is the best mod on FS and we all wish to get it into final release.
