block the selection of the target when you reach the end of a line

hello, how to block the selection of the target when we reach the end of a "line" ? I use mouse input to switch targets left and right, the problem is that when I get to the last target in view and I switch in the same target direction it takes me back to the first target in the opposite direction. I would like to disable this.
