Temporary files from FTP site, to be replaced with data from EDI when it's posted. I didn't update the macro data because they don't have lenghts or amphipods.

OK, this ended up being more complicated than expected. Instead of having R pull in the EMP data from the FTP site, I just added the csv's to the data-raw folder, because otherwise I'd have to load readxl and jump through some date conversion hoops and generally make everything more complicated.
I only updated the micro and meso datasets, because the lastest Macro data doesn't have amphipods or lengths.
If you don't like this janky fix, feel free to say "no" and we can wait for the EDI update. I at least have an local version of the integrated dataset now...
