Bioinformatics infographics code
To get the pubmed_result.txt:
- go to http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed
- enter in a search box: "Genome research"[Jour] OR "Bioinformatics (Oxford, England)"[Jour] OR "BMC bioinformatics"[Jour] OR "PLoS computational biology"[Jour] OR "Evolutionary bioinformatics online"[Jour]
- press "search" button
- when results are returned, choose "Send to" > File and specify Format "Abstract"
- click button "create file"
